We make fast-built MVPs survive real users.

Your app worked in the demo. Then you got 100 real users. We're the engineering team that diagnoses what's about to break, and ships the smallest move that gets you past your next wall. Whether you built on Bubble, Cursor, v0, or in-house.

If you're here, you're probably in one of these moments.

We've seen each of these dozens of times. None of them require a rebuild on the first move.

  • The 80% wall

The first 80% took a weekend. The last 20% has been six weeks.

Your AI tool shipped a working demo in a day. Then came auth that actually holds, payments that reconcile, and data that doesn't leak — and every new prompt makes a different part of the app break.

  • The fix loop

You're three weeks into a 'two-day fix' and the AI keeps undoing the part that worked.

Buttons stop responding. Data stops saving. Deployment fails. You're burning credits while the agent loops on the same error and reintroduces last week's bug. The cost of one more 'just fix it' prompt is no longer obvious.

  • The hire wall

Three contractors quoted a rebuild before reading file two.

You showed the codebase to engineers and watched them flinch. Each one wanted to start over. None of them told you why, exactly, or which parts were actually worth keeping. You don't know if it's true or an upsell.

  • The headline risk

Another vibe-coded app leaked user data last week. You don't know if yours is next.

Tea, Moltbook — the vibe-coded data leaks keep landing in the headlines. You shipped fast — but nobody set up row-level security, rotated the keys in the client bundle, or audited the privacy rules. Now you're processing real users and you can't tell what's exposed.

The audit decides the engagement. Not us.

Fixed prices, scoped against the actual problem — not packaged to push you up to the next tier. We ship all four outcomes, so the verdict isn't biased toward the most expensive one.

App Audit

$499

One senior engineer reads your app end to end. You get a written diagnosis and the honest answer: keep, fix, rebuild, or retire.

  • Codebase, data model, and hot paths read in full
  • Ranked risk list with blast radius
  • Smallest-move recommendation per risk
  • One of four verdicts, in writing
Keep
The app holds.$0 further

You get the report and the ranked risk list, and we part ways. Nothing else to buy.

Fix
Fix Sprint$3,000–$8,000 · 2–4 weeksMost common

When the substrate isn't the problem and a rebuild is overkill. We take what's there and ship it to production — fixed scope, fixed price, same engineer through to handover.

Rebuild
Production Rebuild$10,000–$35,000 · 6–10 weeks

When the substrate is the wall. We move you to a stack a senior engineer would actually pick — Next.js + TypeScript + Postgres, typed end to end. Users migrated, no downtime, price fixed from the audit.

Retire
The honest exit.$0 further

Sometimes the right call is to stop. We put it in writing before you spend another dollar.

Retainers run $3–$8K/m for new accounts.

Every engagement starts with the audit. We don't recommend a fix or a rebuild before we've actually looked at your app.

Access. Diagnose. Report. Decide.

24 to 48 hours end to end. You don't need to be on a call for any of it.

  1. 01

    Access

You send us a read-only login, a repo invite, and the URL. Mutual NDA is signed before we open the first file.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

24 to 48 hours. One engineer in your app, end to end. Database, hot paths, error logs, payment flows, anything AI is touching.

  3. 03

    Report

A written document, three to six pages. A Loom that walks the document in your codebase. Ranked risks, smallest moves, an honest call on rebuild.

  4. 04

    You decide

Patch with us, patch with anyone, do nothing, or rebuild. The audit is yours. Most of our sprints start a week or two later.

No call required. No pitch deck. Async by default.

What founders say after we ship.

Thorough technical investigation that uncovered serious issues I had no visibility into — including a security vulnerability he verified with evidence. The recommended paths were scoped with honest trade-offs. No upselling, no pressure.

Questions we get every week.

One senior engineer reads your app end to end — codebase, data model, hot paths, third-party integrations. You get a written report plus a Loom walkthrough, usually within 48 hours. The report names the three or four things most likely to break next, ranks them by blast radius, and tells you the smallest move that resolves each. Every audit ends in one of four answers: keep, fix, rebuild, or retire. If the report isn't worth what you paid, we refund it.

No. We work with Bubble, Cursor, v0, Webflow, FlutterFlow, in-house React, Next.js, and most stacks built in the last three years. The bottlenecks rhyme regardless of substrate — the audit names them in your stack's vocabulary, not ours.

That happens. JunoInsure has been on Bubble for 2.5 years on our recommendation. Nola is still on Bubble after our audit. We don't sell rebuilds we don't think you need. If the right move is a Fix Sprint or staying put, that's what the report says — and that's what we'll quote.

48 hours. Fixed price. The honest answer.

You give us access. We hand back a written diagnosis and the honest verdict. You decide what happens next.
